The rhythm of the ocean, a wave moving and breaking in a steady pattern. A steady pattern is soothing, a stormy sea disrupting.
The rhythm we’re in with waking and sleeping, checking our email, spending time and energy on out home environment and the conversations and relationships we have are all a part of our rhythm.
A rhythmic beat that can support us. Or a stop start stutter changing all the time that might take us further away from our potential for health and happiness.
