Each week, we offer a guided Yoga Nidra practice in a calm online space you can join from home or wherever you are.
Yoga Nidra is a deeply restful practice done lying down or seated comfortably if lying down is not available to you. Through guided awareness, breath, and relaxation, it supports the body and mind to settle, helping create a sense of ease, clarity, and inner steadiness.
This weekly online class offers a simple way to pause, restore your energy, and reconnect with your intentions for the week ahead.
Sunday — 6:00pm — Online
This is a 30-minute guided relaxation practice. You will be invited to settle comfortably, follow simple verbal guidance, and rest with awareness. There is no physical effort required, and no previous yoga experience is needed.
The practice may include awareness of the body, breath, sensations, and simple intentions. Many people experience Yoga Nidra as deeply calming and restorative.
As this is a live online class, participants are asked to remain visible on camera during the session. This helps maintain a connected, respectful, and supportive practice space.
You will need:
A quiet space where you will not be disturbed for 30 minutes
A mat, bed, couch, recliner, or chair where you can rest comfortably
A light blanket, as the body can cool down during relaxation
A phone, tablet, or computer with camera access
Choose a space where you can settle without interruption. Once the practice begins, you can simply lie down or sit comfortably, listen to the guidance, and allow yourself to rest.
