Join Santosha Yoga Gippsland for a free community introduction class at Lang Lang Community Centre.
This session is designed for people who would like to try Yoga in a simple, accessible, and supportive way. You do not need to be flexible, fit, experienced, or familiar with Yoga.
The class will include gentle movement, breath awareness, guided relaxation, and Yoga Nidra. The focus is on steady, practical Yoga that can be used by ordinary people in ordinary life.

After the Class
This free community class is a way to try Yoga before deciding whether regular practice is right for you.
After attending, you are welcome to continue with casual classes or join up. Our offering includes regular classes, online practice, and practice guides you can use at home.
There is no obligation to continue and the the class is offered so people in the community can experience a simple and accessible approach to Yoga for themselves.
