Santosha Yoga partners with gyms and fitness centres across Gippsland to offer accessible yoga classes to complement strength, cardio, mobility and active training.

Our classes are grounded in the Satyananda / Bihar School of Yoga tradition, with a focus on steady movement, breath awareness, relaxation and body awareness.

This approach is especially suitable for members new to yoga, returning to movement, older adults, or those looking for a slower class to support balance, recovery and general wellbeing.

You may even find those returning from injury get back to their regular schedule of participation at your centre through a Yoga class.

Experienced Instruction

We provide high quality Yoga instruction for beginners and experienced alike with all our instructors experienced teachers with more than 10 years of instruction.

Options to Suit

We are flexible in how we partner with Gyms

Option 1: Santosha Yoga promotes and manages the class

Santosha Yoga has its own website and booking platform, so we can promote and manage bookings for Santosha Yoga classes held in your space.

This may suit gym's who want to host an additional offering without needing to manage the full administration of the class.

Option 2: We deliver classes for your centre

We are also happy to deliver yoga classes directly for your studio or centre and be paid by the hour.

This may suit those that prefer classes to sit under their own timetable, pricing, membership structure or booking system.

In this arrangement, Santosha Yoga provides the instructor and class delivery, while your gym manage the class as part of your own offering.
